Not only am I not in the habit of spending $80 on a typewriter, I don't think I'd ever done it before. But it was worth every single one of those four twenties. So much for 8 photos. I went for 12. I think everybody deserved them, too. And if you haven't noticed, I am very fond of pinning years down on typewriters that aren't exact or verified. This is because I like to have a year rather than 195X, and if I'm off a bit it then oh well. It doesn't really matter that much.
There is absolutely no consensus on how we ought to officially label these as. I've seen Triumph DeJUR, Triumph De Jur, Triumph-DeJur, Triumph De JUR, and Triumph De-Jur. Notice how the badge on the back of the typewriter, and the brush and cleaning cloth do not say DeJUR on them.
