Wow!! A lucky, lucky find. I agree with you, these nearly never turn up in the US. But it has a $ sign, indicating that it was made for export -- either to the US or (I think this is more likely) Canada.

There's a good reason it feels like a Torpedo: I think it IS one, or at least a descendant of one. Read all the comments on my post for further info.
That is a nice looking machine. I like the basic math keyboard. I'm a sucker for special type!

ReplyDeleteI have one just like it but it has marker on it. Cant find anything to use to get it off. Its still in perfect condition
