I think Russians are seen as the oppressors and my "wanting the country to themselves" bit is not truly accurate. They don't want Estonia to themselves so much as they don't want to have to share it with historical oppressors, and are therefore oppressing people for what their ancestors and government did.

I recently got some old film for my Polaroid Spectra camera and took this picture of my Moskva among some of my Eastern European road maps. The first image is a scan made while it was developing.

I am selling the 1970s Moskva 8M that I brought back with me from Tbilisi back in 2013. It's not a really high-value typewriter, but to the right person it'd be nice to have. It's well-used and a little beaten up but a sturdy machine and works fine. The case is included. Check out its gallery on the database for more photos. The decal on the back says "ZPM, Model 8M, gost 8274-71". ZPM could stand for something as simple as "завод пишущих машинкoв", or basically, typewriter factory. As has been addressed before, "gost" means a specification that any factory can build from. The "71" may mean that this was designed in 1971.

Here are all of the different variations of the Moskva that I've been able to find. This is the order that I think they were manufactured.
