Rubber stamps: 120+ typewriter logos and nameplates

enliven your correspondence with the wonders of the rubber stamp!

600dpi laser carving means quality you can't see with your naked eye!

Incidentally, the 120dpi scans I make for my blog can't show how good these look (and my somewhat dry stamp pad doesn't help, either). This is at 300 dpi using cheap copy paper.

I've affixed a lot of mine to pieces of cardboard because I'm cheap and I want to have a lot of them. XD If you aren't getting very many stamps, it's definitely worth getting the wooden blocks.

  1. I hope this isn't an April Fool's day prank - because it is really cool! :) Love it! Sharing this post with my wife - who is the stamping nutter.

    1. I promise, I'm not that mean. And anyway, it'd have to be an awfully elaborate setup for a prank. XD I'd rather just do it for real anyway.

  2. Stamps are great fun! We still have a little collection to embellish envelopes for greeting cards and the like.
What do you think of making a stamp of the great poster for the Valentine: http://fontsinuse.com/uses/2924/olivetti-valentine-poster ?
I'd would be chuffed to have a nice little stamp with my Lettera22 as well - a top view like on this photo: http://www.pinterest.com/pin/426293920949684784/
Great initiative, and bravo for your zeal in doing all this work.

    1. In fact, I've got both of those two things you want in progress right now. :) The typewriter images are a little more work to perfect, being more complicated, but in a week or two or three I'll have those as an option too.

BTW, don't forget to add the insurgency stamp to your own collection. ;-)

  5. Simply amazing! You are one enterprising guy, with an eye for design.

I agree with Spiderwebz, use Ryan Adney's Insurgency logo if he doesn't mind. I have his e-mail if you need it.

    1. Is it enterprising if I don't really make money? ;) It's mostly a giant craft project, in my view.

    1. It's working fine for me. The web host is free and sometimes a little spotty so try it a few times and it should work.

  10. May I ask if you could please add the image of the lovely typewriter (which looks like the Royal P) to the order list? Thank you!!

    1. When I finish editing the other typewriter images and figuring out sizes, I'll add them all to the listing. I currently have about 30 of them waiting to be touched up.

  11. ooh, so you have these logos in clean 600dpi electronic versions? I'm pondering having a new metal nameplate made for my Lettera 32/35 hybrid and was wondering if anyone had the 1960's "olivetti" logo in that fat Helvetica-like version.

  15. I, too, cannot get your stamp order form to come up or download or whatever it's supposed to do.

I've tried both Firefox and Explorer many times. I've tried both browsers using (a) a desktop running XP; (b) this laptop running Windows 7 and (c) a 7" Nook color tablet.

"Nada" every time. On Firefox, the search for the link simply "times out" and on Explorer I invariably get a message that the file cannot be found.

Any suggestions? Can you email me an order form or post a PDF of it online?
