  1. "MoV" museums love to use acronyms these days. When I was in Brisbane I visited GOMA, (Gallery of Modern Art).

    1. Yeah…not really sure what that's all about. Apparently it used to be called "Vancouver Museum". I like how it sounds less pretentious, but at the same time, it is technically grammatically incorrect. ("Vancouver" is in noun, rather than adjective form)

  2. Those are some really beautiful places and buildings.
    I think part of why there is limited boxed juice in the USA is the low consumer demand.

    Just read your post about your visit to Vancouver!
    I live here and. here I go again, I think Vancouver is the nest best thing to paradise...we have mountains behind us and the Pacific in front..what else can one ask for!

    Also, next time youre in Vancouver, try popping into a place called SpaceLab...its at 126 East Pender St in Vancouver Chinatown...they have a great selection of vintage typewriters on display there...besides a whole lotta other vintage stuff..and more to the point, you can browse around with a cup of real Stmptown coffee in your hand..they based inside there, too!
