  2. Nice lines - especially the gentle backslope on the typebasket cover's sides

  3. Looks and types like new!

This must be a great-grandcub of the fox who appeared in '60s Smith-Corona ads. By the way, the other day I saw a fox trotting through the cemetery near my house. First time ever!

    1. I think you're very right. I'm surprised their family wasn't employed more often for typewriter ads, with "the quick brown fox" and all.

It seems like everybody but me has seen a fox!

  4. Congrats! I've lusted after one of these since being outbid on one in '10, but never ran across another. My motivations were the looks and the badge, but hearing that it's a nice worker is even better. (:

  5. Figures, before computers there were typewriters. Never thought Commodore made them though. Good find!

  7. There is one on eBay right now. Looks pretty good and it has a notation of the Commodore model number! http://www.ebay.com/itm/142015155482?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
