Really nice, and I love the logo, and the Erika typeface. The ribbon color selector is interesting, neat location - is it a good, or comfortable place for it? Thanks for the manual - I can practice my slowly evolving german.
I wouldn't say it's a very good or comfortable place for it—eventually it was moved beside the keyboard. I never switch out of the black setting, though, so it doesn't bother me.
The wire the props them up at the back seems to go missing surprisingly often. I think I need to get onto making some replacements of those. Great little machine that. Enjoy!
Very beautiful machine. You sure have success with getting wonderful typewriters.
ReplyDeleteTypically behind every few successes is a failure!

ReplyDeleteA wonderful find, got to love those cheeks! That hard platen was to be expected with such an oldie. I hope your treatment works well for her.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful typewriter. The 9th picture makes it look like a whole new machine, very neat!
