I'm glad to see your blog rescued from the misdeeds of the computer. Great typecast! The wolf rescue place looks most interesting.
I flinch to see the typebars glommed together on that Barr, but more so to see its return lever wrenched around to an unnatural position. It needs loving care.
I didn't notice the return lever until I'd looked it up when I got back to make sure it was as special to randomly find as I thought it was--I don't know how it could end up like that!
It's a little bit frustrating to see it like that when I'm pretty sure it could be back working well with some care.
Down in Thurston County is Wolf Haven, much like the place you went. They have evening "Howl-ins" from time to time. Too bad about that Barr, I wanted to pull back those typebars too.
It looks like it's a little bit more commercialised, probably a lot due to how it is so close to a major population center instead of out in nowhere, but I definitely want to go! Thanks for pointing it out to me. :)
