Actually, a grammar teacher should say, "for what one pays, one gets" because one should not end a sentence with a preposition.
Oh,yes. It takes a while to get a Noiseless through the postal system. Expect it to arrive in a large box which, while not terribly heavy, might seem very intimidating to a postal carrier.
