Read between the lines:
Sometimes it's not easy knowing people
would hate you for who you are if you only told them.
And to those of you who wouldn't mind either way, I love you.
I'm not trying to be dramatic and melancholic. I'm just providing
you all with a reason for my possible absence for some number of days.
Typed on my Royal Arrow.
Turn that frown upside down, mate!
ReplyDeleteI would get depressed about busted machines too, but my method for dealing with that is to put the broken ones on display somewhere and work on something that I can make progress on. The secret to happiness is in having the attention span of a butterfly :D
Hope the dark feelings will lift for you soon.

ReplyDeleteI relate to what you're saying, depressionwise, if that helps at all.
ReplyDeleteNick, sorry you aren't feeling too well. If it is clinical depression, there's not much use me saying "cheer-up". Try doing something creative, like writing, you are good at that and it can be a real self-esteem booster!
ReplyDeleteAhem: as per e-mail and re-retracted comment... sorry about that Nick :-)
