Orga 10 prospekt

This paper advertising the Orga 10 came as part of a lot with my Lettera 22 leaflet and a few other typewriter-related items. I'm keeping it, but it also included this instruction manual, which I don't need. Let me know if you're interested!

Click, Clack, DING!

My local friend Scott has started up his own typewriter blog (Click, Clack, DING!) and I highly recommend checking it out. The most recent post is on his Remington Premier.

The Premier has a special significance for us because it's the typewriter we met over—I listed it on craigslist and he answered the ad.

The 2015 calendar is ready!

The finished calendars arrived a little behind schedule, but I'm going to try my best to get them sent out before Friday night, as I'll be travelling all next week. I'm pleased with the quality, and it's nice to see my photography showcased in such a way.

1954 Olivetti Lettera 22 leaflet and pricelist

Seeing this leaflet makes it so clear why Lettera 22s are often found with congress elite, or as they call the typeface here, "Lettera". Though this was intended for the German market, it shows a number of different keyboards.

The pricelist below is for February 1954, showing a price of 378 DM ($90 or $780 today) for the Lettera 22 and 448 DM ($107 or $927 today) for the Studio 44.
