The means by which you cast this post reminds of proofing artwork designs back when I first got a Mac with COLOUR screen (sometime in the early 90s). We only had a b&w printer, so I photographed the screen - took the exposed film to the high street lab - got prints made - went to the office bureau and had A4 enlargements made of the 6x4s and pasted them up onto board. They looked pretty good, too!
Back then we had to mail in those floppies to make our blog posts!
ReplyDeleteMy first computer is out in the shed. It has 16K of RAM. Still have the cassettes that I saved my first programs on. Talk about dead-ends!

ReplyDeleteFantastic. My first was a TI-99 4/A. 14K of ram, I think?
ReplyDeleteI keep thinking I'd like to have one of those little lap-top Tandy 100's some day. Relive the glory days.
